We work exclusively with verifiable documentation and maintain records for internal control and, where necessary, cooperation with supervisory authorities

What we ensure (where applicable)
Product safety and internal processes in accordance with EU requirements. CE marking and conformity packages where legally required, including declarations of conformity and technical documentation.

REACH/CLP obligations for goods, substances and mixtures when importing into the EU.

For food-related projects, where applicable: traceability and basic labeling and safety requirements

Documentation we manage

• Commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes where required.
• Product specifications and packaging and labeling information.
• Conformity documents such as DoC or CE, where applicable.
• Traceability and batch information.
• Scope of responsibility
• We do not provide legal advisory services. Our role is operational compliance within supply processes, including correct documentation, traceability and market-compliant records.
